ok so maybe going to Surge strength class at MAX gym last night may have been a bit ambitious of me in my current state.. with my noodly arms and legs still not back to normal strength I decided F it Im going to get through this! wish I had a camera for Ward Gosses face when he crept over and scream-whispered in my ear (as I tried to lunge walk across the room) PLEASE DONT MAKE ME HAVE TO CARRY YOU OUT OF HERE! I can happily say he didnt have to do that.. but Im paying dearly for my stubborn efforts now today! ack.
