ok. so sort of sad story here. might be a tad long so read @ your own risk. :) mr. b. & I go to this beautiful park today (ok. so everything in the historic district is beautiful). we see this couple up on a stage dancing ( we find out later, in our walk, that it is a dance instructor with a student & they are practicing outside. How cool is that?) ANYWAY when mr. b. & I go closer to the stage we see about 4 guys. we had no idea who the were -at first we thought they were with the dancers. one of the guys had an adorable puppy dog so i (being the dog lover I am) was asking about the dog & bending down to ( almost) pet it. now keep I mind I am concentrating on the dog & while I am doing that mr. b. is scrutinizing the guys. I am looking at the dog& realizing there is this awful odor & I can feel mr. b. touching me in a way that said lets move on. I look up to see these (street) guys for the first time. one is wearing a tee shirt with the HUGE letters *F---* on it. I am sorry , but I am offended by that!! then I look at the owner of the dog & he is telling me the dog & him have traveled 8 states in 9 months & he lived under bridges (hence the smell ). by this time I am starting to probably back away & move towards mr. b. the guy says, as we are walking away, bridge trolls are nice, ya know. I know the Christian in me needed to be compassionate, but I will be honest, I was creeped out. the dog was so matted & dirty & smelled SO BAD & poor thing was pregnant. I feel like I should of been more compassionate, but GOD forgive me trolls creep me out!!!
