ok so theres this whole big thing about the pledge of allegiance and about the under god within it. now as a kid since I dont believe in god never have I would just ommit the under god part and continue on without raising a fuss about it because its no big deal seriously. as a more recent comment came up I was told I should just not recite it at all since I wasnt saying as it was intended and not only do i dissagree with that statement but I come bareing proof that the portion of Under god was not added until around the 1940s and the united states of america wasnt even added until the 1920s so for those of you that believe in a god of any kind great on ya mate keep on but DONT YOU DARE CRITISIZE ME AGAIN BECAUSE I REFUSE TO SAY IT~!!!!!! I have that right as an american citizen to not be prosecuted for my beliefs or lack there of just like you and I dont go around saying your all sheep people following something that doesnt exist and has been prooven over and over (oops just did but to proove a point so I appologise for that) I have m any many many many friends on here with various faiths or lack there of and most of them have a wonderful courtesy about my own views as I attempt to do so with them in return. so lets all get along we have enough terrorists after our asses do we really need to fight with eachother to over something so trivial? oh heres the link so you can educate yourselves ushistory.org/documents/pledge.htm
