ok so today is Thursday and as of Tomorrow I will have been in this hospital for three weeks although it seems more like three months. We are tentitively scheduled for an iliostomy surgery two weeks from yesterday. I am excited that I can look at the prospect of getting back my life or atleast a majority of it yet at the same time scared as hell because I already have enough medical supplies and tubes and trying to keep straight what each does and how to take care of them now we will be adding a few more. OK and to be truthful the whole idea of a portion of my small intestine being pulled up through a hole in my stomach to create a new butt hole is really kinda gross and will definately take some getting used too. Oh well such is life each day we learn something new and experience something new and no one ever said life was easy or never going to change in a split second so moving forward and learning from this experience is what I am going to do.
