ok so tomorrow will start day one of our journey... 1. begin with week 2 day one in the bible study 2. write down everything to eat on your live it tracker 3.work on memorizing Psalm 51:12 Restore to me the joy of your salvation and grant me a willing spirit, to sustain me. 4.choose a healthy calorie range based on your age or follow the quick start method in the my food plan book... which is 1300-1400 calories (remember if you feel like you are too hungry you need to up the level especially if you have a large amount of weight to lose) 5. pray journal read your bible 6. get up and move strive for 30 min of exercise 5 days a week (just start slowly even if it has to be done in 3 times 10 min each) 7. on your live it tracker follow serving amounts to reach your daily goals 8. strive to eat well rounded meals
