ok, so, we sell our farms/ land to off shore investors, they pay the crown royaltys, and gov taxes, we build infastructure for them at our cost (with the taxes). It creates jobs but our energy cost go up along with our dollar that reduces tourism that destroys small bizness (which is great for big biz). Then we go solar with a rebate to help with the bills, while cost of living increases on everything else.. We are seeing globalisation right here at home Australia.
