ok, so what the in the Sam Hill is our 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge? Well let me tell you! Since March (which is when I completed my first 28 Day Clean Eating Challenge (or CEC), Ive helped over 20 different people lose an average of 3-4 lbs a WEEK. This is a 28 day program (duh), and it does not involve starving yourself. It does NOT involve a super intense exercise routine - but what it DOES do is incredible! I dont know how many of you have heard of clean eating - but thats basically what this 28 Day CEC does. You are given a list of foods that you are going to avoid during the 28 days, youre given all of the products that you need (including protein powder, fiber boost, digestion +, fizz sticks, fit chews, detox tea and the 7 day cleanse), youre given grocery lists and meal plans for all 28 days! You become part of a community who shares ideas and tips and tricks to making the 28 days easier, and you get a coach to help you trouble shoot any bumps along the way! People have had such powerful testimonies from this program! I for one never realized how much food was sabotaging my attitude and energy levels!
