ok this is the follow up video that i mentioned in the last post. Ive got to be honest with you guys & gals, I spoke to the small group leaders last night and it didnt sound like you all were engaging much. So, I was up last night praying for many of you and thinking about what God may want to do through this series. God gave me this to think about & Im asking you guys to think about it now. Everyone of us have secrets & struggles….PERIOD. So if we are pretending that we are all good and trying to temporarily deceiving ourselves just to move on to the next topic, we arent getting anywhere. I think thats a cover for the bigger issue. I dont think you guys run from opening up & being accountable because of the judgment you may receive. I believe the problem is that many of you guys enjoy your secrets and it may be at a point where they are actually part of who you are. In Ephesians 5:8 it says For once you were full of darkness, but now you have light from the Lord. So live as people of light! See the enemy wants nothing more than to keep your secrets & struggles hidden, but LIGHT exposes darkness. I LOVE you all but God LOVES you more! Chew on this and see what God tells you.
