okay - it is a beautiful sunny day and day 2 of spring :-) Now that is out of the way -- **small rant :-) On the phone to check on something, I have to tell the foreign woman 3 times what my name was and on the 3rd time she asked me to spell it (Im in the computer) -- poor English skills or not listening . . 2nd, going somewhere other than Maple Leaf Bakery for a donut (DOH), the foreign woman asked me 3 times what I wanted, looking again at the sign the 3rd time to make sure I was saying it right --- and she got the wrong one anyway (but to be fair, the other foreign woman put it in the bag) . . it wont ruin my day (but we all know how I feel about the donut thing). I do want to say that customer service people REALLY need to listen to what the customer is saying, not just watch their lips move :-) Have a great day everyone! I could keep these things to myself -- but why!
