okay. its official. now even morrissey hates me... i got to be in the front row. right against the rail, front and center. moz directly in front of me. i reached out my hands several times and we made eye contact...THEN, Morrissey asks the crowd, So, who do you think poses a bigger threat to America: China, russia, or McDonalds? Of course I start yelling, McDonalds!! I get personally handed the mic BY MORRISSEY. I grab it and say, McDonalds! 269 Life! Morrissey, Please go vegan. Please! He seriously made a face. He then passed the mic to someone else...for the rest of the evening, he didnt look my way. I never extended my hand out again. Of course he ranted during Meat is Murder which clearly showed footage in dairy farms and egg farms (as well as other slaughterhouse footage). He then sang a new song about a bullfighter dying and us cheering because we all want the bull to survive. I kept thinking, yeah, but you dont give a shit about the cow. :( So, ive done it. Now even Moz is pissed at me. But then the guitarist placed a pick on my hand at the end of the show. All in all, people have asked me, what would you say to Morrissey if you ever got a chance to talk to him. I never had an answer, but I guess I do know. Pics to come.
