okay, now after reading some constant (And I do mean CONSTANT) hatred for the new TMNT movie, let me just say what I think. The special effects dont look THAT bad!! Of course its hard to top what Jim Henson could do, but unfortunately, hes not around to do it again for us. Ill admit, they do look a little big, but Ill look past that since they are MUTANT turtles! For all of you that say that its way to serious obviously didnt stick around for the last 10 seconds. You get to see Michelangelo BE Michelangelo for a bit. And chances are, being the the teaser trailer, there might be a couple more funny parts. Plus, we mostly saw Leo, hes always the serious one. Ill admit, I could think of other actresses to play April ONeil, but Ill give Megan Fox a shot cause I dont think its fair to condemn a movie cause of one actor/actress you dont like. William Fichtner is a good actor, might make a great Shredder, and guys playing the turtles actually fit their characters in a way (ex: guy playing Donnie usually plays nerds and the dude for Raph has played jocks/tough guys). My only concern is the guy playing Splinter, but well see what happens. Overall, Im willing to give a shot. Im not saying whether itll be good or not, but I dont think its worth calling it the end of the world. Micheal Bays not the director, and theyre not aliens any more, be happy with that!!
