on 8/16 we ordered a new stove from Best Buy that included free installation/delivery, it was to be delivered on 8/23. On 8/22 they called and said they didnt have it set up properly to be installed and rescheduled for 8/26. 8/26 comes and nobody calls nor delivers it. 8/27 the same, I look it up and see its been set up for 9/3. It was annoying but fine we were going out of town anyhow. 8/2 no phone call but website said its set up between 6am to 6pm. 8/3 it says its set up for 10a to noon. 1pm no phone call, no stove. I call, spoke with someone who was really nice had me on hold for an hour interacting with the store where they chose to have it fulfilled and came back and told me the store manager would be calling me and hopefully they would still have it out yesterday. Didnt happen. This morning I look, its still an open order on bestbuy with yesterday as the delivery date. I called 888-bestbuy and was told that they would charge me to install it. No apologies for the hassles of waiting for 3 weeks. No offer to expedite it. No offers for a discount to make me happy for their delays and bad service - nope. Were going to charge you more. I asked to speak to a manager, they put me on hold, a woman comes to the phone, are you a manager? I am the person you speak with. I want a manager, they arent available. Ill hold. they do not want to speak to you, you can speak to me. WOW. Did I mention they have already added the stove to our bestbuy credit card and its in my balance as of the last statement cutting a day or two ago. Im livid. Im canceling the order and my card with them - weve been a loyal best buy customer for 20 years. Bought many things from them. The last few times weve tried to do anything with them its been a customer service nightmare - now this. No wonder theyre on the brink of shutting down.
