They have 4 years degree course and wanted to come India to compensate recession in education business. They see huge education market in India. Former HRD minister Sibbal created compatibility between DU and US universities hoping other Universities would be compelled to follow the University of Delhi, the premier university of India. BJP government foiled his pro- US manipulation. Its of course a victory of students and teachers but it could not have been possible without Iranis firmness. Those who use the mask of autonomy to support 4 years degree course are either novice or conscious agents of distortion. They must know autonomy does not mean negating supremacy of Indian Parliament which had approved 10+2+3. It also exposed how democratic institutions of the University were manipulated and abused by certain section by distributing spoils!
