one often hears people say you should do what you love, then youll never have to work a day in your life. but take a look at who says such things - usually privileged people in well paid jobs that offer much freedom of action. the reality is that most people on earth perform unpleasant and often soul destroying jobs at minimum wages. i feel as if that saying is a little snobbish and unsympathetic. do i love my job? certainly! but if we all sang thered be no food to eat. after adam and eves original sin in the garden of eden four punishments were admonished, work was one of them.
