onion and garlic ! why not to eat . it is not compulsory to leave them take it as a medicines , ones in a weak ! because , one thing is clear it is a root of a plant we take it out with a root where plant get dead .! so there is no energy and same as it has some negative engines ( tamsic tatvs ) which we found in animals or in hunan bodies , when a body get frighted our mind release that endorfins in our body , which we found 40 % in garlic and onion . people afraid to die , they afriad from ghost , afriad to leave things or matter . afriad word comes from tamas which is in garlic and onion . what happen when we intake this regular ? our mind never get silent and never tast the energy and satisfaction which is beyond matter . the thing is this we eating it from our childhood so it is difficut to undersatnd abot love and energy . so thats way we are behaving like a footbal ,people are kikking us with there words and always our imotions react and intract with outer world , there is 0 % control in our imotions . we are totaly dependent on things and people who are arround us like bf , mom ,dad, frnds ,, they all never going to satisfied you ever . you need some one who realy know about life and who think beyond matter. this is a firts step towords knowledge and to feal like a cloud floating in the air ,where you get eligible to come out from your body between from life and death where you exprience the sun , stars , planets , space and beyond space where no one can visit there with equipments . we saw every thing in pictures and with eyes . after this we are going to be with them and feal the our self as a universe . our body is here for not more than 30 to 40 years , body will die but you never die. this exprience disconnect to you from world and connect you with universe and nature . complet silence and samadhi . throught this you cross this space and visit the rit place where you come from, your own home
