only when people stick together do we bring about change. i am hoping everyone that reads this will repost and share it as well, these pigs used me for my knowledge and when time came for them to do good by their word they backed out, i did good, in fact better than good, given the circumstances i walked into their kitchen with. in any other instance i would be fine walking away and cutting my losses, but after 2 weeks of my being gone they have the audacity to continue to imitate the recipes that i created, they are still attempting to replicate the menu i created and continue to borrow the ideas that i shared with them. i will not be quiet about this. TrAKi_mieRIGA cafe is NOT! a vegan cafe. they do not know vegan food, in fact i dare say, they dont know food. they are a coffee and pastry house. if you are vegan, be warned, these clowns think butter is acceptable in gluten free vegan baking. gluten free vegan baking, yet another concept i introduced their cafe to, prior to me they didnt offer this option. if you are vegan, you have been advised, ask before you eat, in fact go somewhere else spread the word!!!
