operatives in this administration believe they are above the law. That is why they hide behind it, live by the "Letter of the Law", and ignore the Spirit behind why the law was created. This administration has used the law like a hammer against the population. The CZARS protect the Leader, and nothing is traced to the Leader, and the CZARS know nothing, are responsible for nothing, until we narrow it down to them, then they fall on their sword with a Golden Parachute and become a mayor or work for Spooky Dude (George Soros).
