opinon & info on 4 cylinder L series engines... its been more than 20 years since i had my 521.. i am going to get another one.. ive noticed the L20Bs are getting harder to get.. my old 521 i swapped in a 78 L20B, bolted a L18 head on it, L20b cam, offenhauser intake manifold, Weber carb, and hooker header.. i remember it was fairly potent.. won quite a few races with it.. (pic is my old setup) just curious what you all think about the different L engines.. the 1600, 1800 and 2000? their strengths and weaknesse?
