Expert in PowerPoint · Ability to translate communication and employee engagement into business results · Ability to develop content and collateral with the right messaging · Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Fluent in English · Knowledge and understanding of communication methodologies, tools and vehicles · Strong listening and interpersonal skills · Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills · Post graduates in management will be preferred · Overall work experience (1 – 6 years) · Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance 2.Business Analyst · Requirement Analysis: · Understands the high level business objective and analyze/document the requirements (BRS), · Conducts the research to obtain required information, be it Technical team, application owner OR others · Document Application Profiles (Documentation, Presentation)) & FSD (Documentation, Presentation) through self-research or collaboration with respective teams. · For change requirements;
