originally made this cake for my hubbys bday years ago, now its a hit. the ingredients were his idea...made it today for my daughters lil coming home party...they just came back from texas home to north carolina with my grandson...it was such a great day..any~ who here is how I make it... 1 box of strawberry supreme duncan hines cake mix 1 container of frozen sliced strawberries 1 double chocolate fudge frosting, duncan hines 1 container of whip cream make 2 round cakes and let cool. poke holes in cake and pour 1/2 the juice from the strawberries on bottom layer ...then add frosting, then whip cream and half the berries . add 2nd cake and repeat steps....i put it in the fridge for about an hour or so to let the juice set in and the cool whip get a little firm.....it was gone in seconds!!! i topped it with sprinkles. hope yall like it!!
