originally this was just going to be a photo. I was going to write something about how can we puh-lease stop using the word detox for everything? Especially right after the holidays, I feel like its running rampant right now! I understand we all want to get right and Im surely with you but detox is a misleading buzzword, leave it for the click-bait headlines and faux health articles. It implies the whole bad vs good issue when it comes to food, exercise, and caloric choices which is a slippery slope if I do say so myself... soooo instead of just a quick snap in time of a tricky pose accompanied by a preachy post, I thought showing the not so glorious video of the awkwardness and searching that often comes with the tricky poses (also accompanied by a preachy post) would be more relevant. Its all part of the process guys. Its gonna be okay. One breath at a time, one day at a time, instead of a detox flow, or detox diet juice cleanse, maybe we can just flow and maybe we can just move along healthily and happily without the guilt. Just maybe :) #yoga
