over a month ago, my wifes first guide dog passed away, we took the dog to Catoosa Animal Hospital where for a fee of 300 bucks they had her cremated, well, we still have not got her GUIDE DOG back, we call Catoosa Animal Clinic and guess what, they have no record of us paying for the cremation service or where they sent the body. NOW aint that a load of shit? got a wife that is in tears, Im about to pull my hair out and I am now looking for a new vet. OH, when I talked with Beth and asked to be transferred to her supervisor, she refused to transfer me. OH this does not sit well with me, thats for damn sure
