owls are so cool. I have a collection of owl stuff. Wall chalks, paintings, figurines (just one or two), etc. My friend Fatima told me that in El Salvador they are considered harbingers of death, but then again from what she told me damn near everything in El Salvador is a harbinger of death. Probably an understandable side effect from living in a country with an insanely high murder rate per capita.
