To date, more than 600,000 hair donations have been made and more than 34,000 real-hair wigs have been created § The wigs are distributed nationwide through select American Cancer Society wig banks § National Donate Your Hair Day, an annual day of giving where people nationwide are encouraged to cut and donate their hair, will take place on November 22, 2014. § If you live in the NYC, LA or Miami areas, and want to donate your hair, make an appointment at one of Pantene’s National Donate Your Hair Day salon events for a free cut and style with a donation.
