part 61/ .. so lets get this straight said detective Scotts, JoJo had his buddy as a lockout man and get away driver said dt.Scotts, yes, his name is Rodney welch said Ciara, i saw then both at her door with a screw driver trying to break in Tishas project, i called Fatima and she came outside, JoJo told Rodney to get the car ready, and JoJo followed Fatima back in her projects, then i heard Fatima screaming and begging for help, then JoJo came running out with a bloody screw driver, and jumped in the car with Rodney said Ciara, well we will take both of these punks off the streets for the rest of their lives said Detective Scotts, ( Ciara didnt want Rodney to get life, and her lies be the cause) im issuing 2 warrants for 1st degree murder for Joe Jordan aka JoJo and Rodney Welch said detective Scotts.
