people think Im a crotchety curmudgeon, and theyre not wrong. I see the world and all of its faults and failures, but the unique perspective it gives me is to have a deeper appreciation for when a day comes along that leaves me with happy memories. Rarity breeds more meaning. Today, I had not one handsome date, and not two, but three! One in the morning, a friend who accompanied me on a work thing. Another, on an impulse, took me to lunch, and kept me smiling. And the day ended with a casual dinner date with my hubby. All in all, it was a good day, and I feel like a girl all over.
