peoples.. i am in need of some feedback, or shared guidance with mental health issue. ive been trying to find an anti- psychotic medication that is gluten and lactose free. (maybe also should be fructose free?) i dunno.. its so confusing and is also now quite serious as i need to get my head right, current meds only half working. shrink isnt too helpful so far as to finding meds that are suitable. but ive only seen him once. i didnt notice till i got home that the sample packs of Seroquel he gave me contained lactose!
