per Mark Terry: Not bad. It should work. Other options: 1. Jam rigid fingers of one hand into the base of the attackers throat (the hollow just below the Adams apple). One finger works well, too, but this is life or death. 2. Jam rigid fingers into eyes. 3. Another possibility is grab the wrists and drop your stance, possibly into a crouch. An attacker cant support your weight with straight arms. The risk here is if theyre pretty much choking you against the wall already. 4. Kicks to the groin and knee. 5. Hes completely exposed, so punches to the floating ribs, solar plexus. 6. Tough to break at the wrists and elbows if hes strong, but fingers arent terribly strong, so if she could get ahold of a pinkie or finger she could snap it like a twig. 7. Ears come off. Reach up, grab his ear and pull hard. Show to attacker. 8. There are a lot of possible wrist and elbow manipulations for the martial artist, but most require a kick or other distracting move first. I wouldnt recommend them over the 8 previous options unless youre trained.
