Also, as bad as you think that person is, theres no way of knowing who will show up in your new office or who might already be there that you dont know about. USPS is full of incompetent and/or evil managers and employees. Ive met carriers in my time that I could swear escaped from insane asylums and carriers who live to make the lives of their fellow workers miserable. They are in every office.
