please help !! Bobby, it turns out, had been neither a stray nor a house pet. He lived with a poor family who had no money to buy food for him and decided to let him go. One week later Bobby returns with broken leg, damaged eye and skull fractures. This is how I saw him-covered in oozing wounds that smelt like rotting flesh, puss coming from the eye, his leg hanging helplessly. Bobby was in this condition at least 2-3 weeks because he was beaten by a….human. People in the village had ‘mercifully’ wanted to shoot him because his wounds were ugly and they could not watch him! And yet, he loves people and all he wants is attention and petting. Bobby was taken to the vet. He needs eye removal surgery that will cost 100 EUR. The skull fracture did not cause neurological damage but dented his skull permanently. He also needs surgery to fix the broken leg which will cost 200-250 EUR.
