To the inconsiderate woman who parked over the dropped kerb on hall street, you saw me coming and you could see where I was goin yet you persisted to faff around, had I been on a mobility scooter rather than a bicycle its safe to say giving you a piece of my mind would be a grave understatement. I suggest you purchase a copy of the highway code!!!!! Look around darling theres a council sign stating parking over a dropped kerb is subject to a fine are you blind aswell as bloody stupid?
