For those of you whos not familiar with His story.. Akeem Elijah Adams is a Young Footballer with Trinidad and Tobago Soca Warriors and have played for them on both the U-17 and U-20 Teams respectively .. Before that, Akeem was first a Player with W Connection located in Marabella, South Trinidad and United Petrotrin Point Fortin, South Trinidad .. In the Summer of 2013, Akeem signed a Contract with Hungarian Club Ferencvaros, and played in the position Defender. Unfortunately on Wednesday September 25th, 2013, Akeem Suffered a Heart Attack at the tender age of 22 ... 2 Weeks after that Doctors had to Amputate his Left Leg in order to save his Life... Presently, Akeem is Alert and moving around mildly, with the help of crutches. His Doctors along with his Physical Therapist is working with Him, and Praying that He gains the Strength His body needs, in order to have his Heart Transplant Done which is needed to Save His Life... So We are Asking All in the T&T and West Indian Community in the New York New Jersey and Tri-state Areas to PLEASE Come out and Support this Great Cause for Him... Akeem is not Just My Cousin, but hes a Son of the Soil and has Served His country without fail.. Now He needs Us..
