Earlier I had written to you of the many physical attacks on Kumar Vishwas and AAP volunteers in Amethi and Arvind Kejriwal and his supporter is Varanasi. These attacks were earlier preceded by attacks in New Delhi, Lucknow and Gujarat where after the police arrested AAP volunteers, the victims of the attacks rather than the perpetrators. It was because of your silence that the miscreants have been encouraged to continue the violence. With the wide spread booth capturing and rigging in the earlier phases of the elections in Gujarat, W.Bengal and other states it is obvious that the elections have become a farce.
