(Voyagers II – Page 14) In the greater structure of planetary physics, Earth represents the portion of the Planetary Body stationed within the frequency bands of Dimensions 1 to 3 (HU-1)within the Particle (Particum) Universe. Earth has its counterpart within the Anti-particle (Partika) Universe as well. This is called PARALLEL EARTH. Parallel Earth and Earth each run on parallel Time Continuum cycles. The Parallel Earth Time Continuum runs ahead of ours. Presently (2000) there is an 8-9 year difference. Our 2000 is 2008 on Parallel Earth. During Stellar Activation Cycles, the time cycles of Earth and Parallel Earth temporarily merge to form one continuum, and dramas that manifest on Parallel Earth progressively manifest on Earth. This difference in years will progressively shorten between now (2000) and 2012 and the Time Continua will fully blend into one. In 2000 on Parallel Earth (1992 here), the Belil Sun Fallen Angelic Races (Anunnaki - Nibiruian) took over and instituted One-World-Order. But it can go into what’s called Lone Star Fall. A Lone Star Fall means that it will go black hole status, but within its own system. The Sun is also in the same situation, but they both can run the tri-river matrix, the Krystal River Matrix to go into a Lone Star Fall, which means that even though they can’t Starfire anymore and eventually will go back as space dust, you can get everybody off the planet at that point. They have about 3 billion years left on the spin of their own seed atom. They would become their own black hole system in other words, and that’s what our solar system is moving into.
