post #2 on our love series Jesus said, plainly in His Word that in the last days, the love of many if not most would become cold, harden, callous, Was Jesus referring to the World? or the people within the world? Jesus words were, Many would become cold, then take notice, He also said; Brother would turn against brother, nation would turn against their own nations, Not just one kingdom against another kingdom, but within your own Nation, your own family members, (most likely), this would indeed happen, and it is happening in various parts of the world right now as we speak, people are being be-headed, just because their belief is different from anothers....what type of society of people have we been reduced too? Have we so quickly forgotten that we all are citizens of earth, regardless of what color, language, background we may speak, Why has religion caused people to want to take another life, because their view or believe is different from anothers....Isnt this why we need to all be under One Kingdom, One King, One faith, One baptism, One Holy Spirit, One Lord, One God who is Lord of All and over all. Our homes are being broken up, Their is very little trust among one another, even in the body of Christ, We claim to ONLY want to trust God but we wouldnt dare trust one another, Can you imagine your own physical body, telling another body part, I dont trust you or need you? Imagine friends, your eye telling your ear, or hand, i dont need you, I Only need the Head? Now the head is saying to the body, your confused, your all apart of Me, we Are ONE.... we must work as a team to function properly.... I think you are now getting the spritual understanding to a physical Illustration, Jesus is the Head of His church, we represent His body, so when we are NOT on one accord with one another, when we are acting with differernt minds, or spirits, having discord, disunity, we are disfunctional, and Jesus plainly said: A kingdom or house divided against itself CANNOT STAND....Jesus wants HIS CHURCH TO BE ONE AS HE IS WITH THE FATHER......Who is in agreement with Jesus? Can i get some witnessess out there people? There is ONLY ONE LORD ONE FAITH, ONE BAPTISM, if we have been baptized into Christ we are Family, and family must learn to trust one another, we place our whole complete trust in our King, Lord and God as our SOURCE for where all other sources come from, so that is what God is saying when He said: Do not place your trust in princes, in human beings who CANNOT SAVE. (PSALM 146:3), New International Version. We are to NOT make people our Source....so that is what God is implying friends, He never said, Dont trust your brother or sister period... If i didnt trust you, why would i confide in your for prayer? confession, profession? Why would i allow you to minister to me? if i didnt place any trust in you? When you go to the doctor, dont you place a level of trust in his authority and years of study? When you allow your child to sit in that school with that teacher, you barely know, arent you not placing your childs trust in their care? When you go before that Judge, aremt you placing your trust in their knowledge of the justice system to fight for you, if you are in the right? Are you also hoping and placing your turst in your pastor, who seeks God on your behalf? When you go to that restaurant? Arent you placing your trust in that chief who cooked your food, did you actually see him cook your food, are you suspicious of what he made have put in your food without your knowledge? No, you thank God for your meal, you sit down and get your grub on.....you dont give it a second thought. So in life, we all place our faith and trust on different levels on one another.... There is NO SUCH THING AS A SELF MADE ANYTHING......YOU HAVENT ACHIEVED ANYTHING IN LIFE WITHOUT SOMEONES ELSE HELP... You couldnt write that book without that editor, publisher, printer, i think by now, you are getting the point.... to be continued friends....
