post election analysis and sermon before going to work: if you are a progressive forget messaging and two year cycles and get involved in creating on the ground in the community organizations (you cant just watch stewart and colbert and hang with others in an echo chamber, well for more than a day or two maybe) that are embodying your values and addressing the real life and death issues of people in the community, creating the kind of stories that capture the interest and imagination of the people, that create real change and that the next generation will want to follow. create or be a supporting part of innovative communities that bless the poor, heal the sick, free the oppressed, feed the hungry, end the debts (luke 4), and you will plant seeds that will grow wildly.
