The Benefits •Excellent Hourly Rates •EEN $28.44 + super + penalties •RN $40.51 + super + penalties •Serving Defence Personnel •Large Multidisciplinary team •Rotational shift •4 weeks annual leave The Position •Location: Wagga Wagga •Monitor and co-ordinate sick patients in the clinic •Conduct medical triage and assessments •Medication management including cannulation and intravenous therapy (Endorsed nurses only) •Accurate and timely documentation of care plans and progress reports •Liaison with medical and health professionals •Supervision of junior nursing and care staff The Essentials •Previous Defence Experience preferable •Australian Citizenship •Full AHPRA registration as a Div 1 or Div 2 Registered Nurse •Minimum 2 years experience in one of the following Acute areas: Medical, Surgical, ED, ICU, HDU •Current BLS or CPR certificate dated within the last 12 months •Evidence of a minimum of 250 clinical hours worked within the last 12 months •A minimum of 20 CPD hours dated within the last 12 months •Eligible for high security clearance If you are passionate about ensuring the health and well-being of those who defend and serve our country we want to hear from you!
