pretty much have Marty Friedmans newest solo album playing on repeat today. i really didnt get into his other albums that much but the way he did this one is awesome. he kept his original guitar songs with no singers kinda short and almost all the other songs he only co wrote leaving most of the writing to the featured artists. that way the songs sound like the band the other player is from just putting his amazing melodic guitar solos on other people main riffing. that has always been his strong suit. like this one sounds like Children of Bodom just with more feeling.
