pretty pleased with how my Turkish delight fudge turned out! Followed the standard recipe for fudge: I used 1 block cadburys milk choc, 1 block cadburys white choc(cooking chocolate) Dash of Vanilla and butter. Chopped 12 mini bars of turkish delight up and put them in the fridge. Once fudge has melted and sc is turned off I put half of the turkish delight in and mixed well. Then the rest on top of fudge once its been placed in cooking tin. Yum, yum, yum!!! 😉

So pumped to stretch out tonight and play 3hrs at Willys Ale Room
