pros and cons about home owner vs: renter once as a home owner - i was never happy with the house. always commands work and upgrades. but its great way to pack all that junk youve saved over the decades. lastly you can never move why cause its to much work. renter ? its easy......youre never tied down and you can always skip town to start another chapter in life that keeps life interesting. LIKE that being said....its time for me to move again. id be sorta interested in sharing a big ass house with somebody that has a suitable income to share the nest. i was looking for something that like a warehouse set up. were all my toys can have space to be parked and worked on. including some personal welding and motorcycle building at a hobby level. but i know thats not gonna happen , so i need a 2 or 3 bedroom place where i can play guitar and practice singing. not to mention i have some bikes that make noise. if you know of such place to rent please PM me ...... btw vernon area only thanks :)
