push-up variation for my #FTTH challenge earlier this week! if you cannot do a regular push-up YET (you will get there) do them on your knees or at an incline using something stable like a bench, table, or stairs for your hands! once you get comfortable with doing regular push-ups, start pushing yourself by doing more advanced types like having your feet elevated on a stable surface like the bench, table, or stairs or even harder with something less stable like with your hands on the bosu ball, or feet on a balance ball! if youre not already part of my #FTTH challenge, you can still join in for daily tasks through the end of the year! just go to my site and fill out the pop-up form and start with todays challenge that you will get via email!
