question - when we rented the apartment our landlord on her own will repainted the whole thing. Now we are moving out after 2 years and she was surprised that we are not planning to repaint it all. It is not written in the contract that we have to repaint the whole apartment. I am insisting on normal wear and tear, she is surprised, never heard of it. Should I look for the lawyer? the walls are in a good state, just not bright white anymore of course. But havent we paid for using also the walls with our rent?
