Our Quality Assurance team has assessed them and a reimbursement has been authorized. Our archival data indicates that this is the Sportsmans Duffle bag which had a MSRP of $598.00 USD. As a customer courtesy, I would like to extend to you a refund in the amount of $625.00 USD. The additional monies should cover any bank fees associated with cashing the check and also compensate for your troubles in reaching us.
