The Blues are reportedly in pole position to land the young Brazilian forward, who has been in scintillating form for the Portuguese side this season. Jose Mourinho has praised the 20-year-old in the past and is keen to make a move for the forward, but had reservations due to the difficulties attached to getting Talisca a work permit.
