re-watched the man in the iron mask years after the first time. the actors were really good, jeremy irons, john malkovich gerard depardieu, gabriel byrne and leo dicaprio. and i say, leo was and is a very good actor, the way he portrayed two conflicting roles (the bratty asshole despicable king and his younger kind brother) was brilliant. it wasnt a simple hollywood acting, the emotions were real, i felt the fear and uncertainty of the younger phillippe, and i hated the selfish arrogant louis. who needs a bloody oscar? everyone knows how great he is. (and no this is not the woman inlove talking.)
