realclearscience/blog/2013/11/is-science-of-any-value.html Anyone who works with science understands that they are not going to generate absolute truths and are only contributing a piece of the larger puzzle. Science does not strive to give final answers; only the best possible explanation given the available evidence and body of established underlying principles. As such, those opposing a specific theory, model or application will try to discredit science and scientists by disingenuously misrepresenting the elements of uncertainty and incomplete paradigms in order to perpetuate anti-science and pseudoscience. In fact, it is the acknowledgment of those very elements that continue to drive scientific investigation. We know theres always more to find.
