recall.. november 7, 2013. around 2:00PM. under threat of super typhoon yolanda, currently signal #2. international pilgrim image of Our Lady of Fatima from Portugal arrived at the St. Joachim Parish to the warm, enthusiastic welcome of parishioners. people from the barrios were advised to cancel their trip to parish church due to the impending storm, but many came anyway. the sun shone at least a couple of hours before the images arrival until it was safely installed at the Church altar for veneration. then the surroundings became gloomy. and heavy rains began to pour, accompanied by strong winds, while Mass was in progress. but the vigil went up to 11:00PM.
