**recalls of typhoon yolanda,,(((***)) ,this super typhoon yolanda tragedy will give us so many lessons to learn the way we live and built our houses, that living near the shore is a very dangerous we must evacuate to a safer ground every time there is a typhoon no matter how strong,design of buildings or structures should meet the housing code(i am sure all building ordinances will be amended that will comfort this typhoon tragedy),that every house that will be constructed should have a typhoon proof room elevated 4 meters(aprox. 12 feet) with a concrete walling and roofing that will withstand 500 kph wind even with a small size of 3x4 meters enough to all members of family to fit-in while the typhoon is on the peak of strong winds.
