I continued working there until 2009. During PhD I have been working on Si based light emitters and detectors for near infrared range. I have competence in experimental techniques of Si-MBE, TEM, SEM, FIB, device fabrication, and optical characterizations (PL, EL, photoresponse, etc). I started working at the nanotechnology department of Acreo from 2010 and am involved mainly in the research and development of infrared photodetectors. Currently my work is focused on development of high-performance cooled infrared detectors based on quantum dots and strain layer superlattice. I perform structural and optical characterizations of the infrared material as well as devices. Apart from that I am also involved in the design of detector devices.
