relief and rescue done thru foreign aid with the cooperation of LGU and Philippine military repair of damaged public buildings done thru the joint cooperation of south korea and the Philippine military street clearing sponsored by foreign NGOs like tzu-chi, oxfam, UNDP, and effort by tanauan mayor pel tecson, and mandaluyong city medical assistance done thru the efforts of v-mayor dr. ronald flores and local nurses and by medicins sans frontier. medical missions carried by tzu-chi and the Philippine Navy distribution of relief goods made by NGOs like tzu-chi foundation, Philippine national red cross, oxfam, samaritans purse, Catholic relief services, the united nations, and private sectors which have donated to the national government monetary and relief aids livelihood projects thru tesda, NGOs and religious sectors mention must also be made of mindanaos electric cooperatives who helped us to restore our electricity. and to all those who helped us unnoticed or unnamed; we thank you all, dear citizens of the world! :)
